DESCRIPTION:Dear Clanmore Families\, \nOur Parent Association is excited to welcome you to our annual Winter Wonderland event tomorrow\, Wednesday\, November 26th from dismissal to 5pm.  \nThe end-of-day routine will look a little different\, so please take note of the following: \n \nDISMISSAL \nAll students will be dismissed from indoors\, as we would on a rainy day. Please use your child’s usual arrival/dismissal door. \nIf you are joining us at Winter Wonderland: \n\nPlease find parking (details below) and walk to your child’s designated door.\nYour child will be dismissed directly into your care\, after which you may head to the Clanmore yard for the festivities.\nPlease note that once you have your child\, supervision becomes your responsibility while in the yard.\n\nIf you are not attending Winter Wonderland: \n\nPlease proceed through the regular car pick-up line.\nStaff will bring your child to your vehicle as usual.\nWe kindly ask for extra caution in the parking lot\, as there will be more foot traffic than on a typical day. As well as a food truck! \n\nAfter School Care: \n\nChildren in After School programs will remain indoors.\nPlease pick up from reception.\n\n \nPARKING \nParking is limited. If you are within walking distance\, we strongly encourage walking. A map of safe parking areas is attached. \nPlease keep the following in mind: \n\nThere is a pedestrian pathway from Byron Street to Lakeshore Road for easy access.\nThe lot behind the school is closed for the season. \nOn Birkbank Drive\, parking is permitted on the west side only.\n\n \nRSVP \nYesterday was the RSVP deadline\, to ensure the food truck is fully stocked.If you missed it\, please email parents@clanmore.ca. \n \nWREATHSIf you ordered a wreath or an arrangement\, they will be waiting for you at the fence.
