DESCRIPTION:Hello Middle School Parents\,  \nFor this year’s Middle School end-of-year outing\, the students have decided to use a portion of their Production and Exchange funds to attend a School Day game and watch the Toronto Blue Jays. This was a community decision made collectively by the students as part of planning their year-end experience. \nPlease see the details of the outing below: \n\n\nDate: Wednesday\, May 27\, 2026 \n\n\nDeparture Time: 11:30 AM (approx.)  \n\n\nGame Time: 1:07 PM \n\n\nWe anticipate the game will end between approximately 3:40-4:15 PM. \n\n\n\n\nLunch: Students may choose to purchase lunch at the Rogers Centre or bring their own lunch. Any food brought from home must be packaged in plastic bags or containers. \n\n\nTransportation: Students will travel downtown via GO Train with Annika and Veronika.  \n\n\nReturn Time: We will travel to and from the Clarkson GO Station.  \n\n\nYou will pick up your adolescent at the Clarkson GO Station on the south side of the tracks (1110 Southdown Road\, Mississauga).  \n\n\nPick-Up Time: Approximately 5:30 PM. We will keep the school updated if there are any changes to our arrival time. \n\n\n\n\nPlease feel free to ask your adolescent if you have any additional questions about the outing. \n \n\nWe are all looking forward to a fun day at the ballpark! Go Jays GO!  \nThank you\, \nMiddle School Guides

DESCRIPTION:Dear Clanmore Families\, \nWe are so excited about the Clanmore Parent Association Garden Party being held this afternoon from 3:45-5:00pm.  \nThe end of the day routine will be a little different and we ask you to note: \nAll dismissal will take place from indoors (like we would on a rainy day – same as your child’s arrival door).  If you are joining us at the Garden Party\, we ask that you find parking (see details below) and walk to the door where your child/children will be dismissed into your hands.  You can then proceed to the Clanmore yard for some anticipated fun! Please note that you will be responsible for your child once they are with you in the yard. \nIf you are not attending the Garden Party\, we ask that you proceed through the pick up line as per usual and your child/children will be brought to your car.  We do ask that you use extra caution in the parking lot as there will be more bodies moving through than usual. \nAll children in After School care will remain indoors today.  Please come to reception to collect your child. \nPARKING \nSpace is limited and if you are close enough to walk or bike we definitely recommend it.  We have attached a map to show areas where you can safely park. If parking on Birkbank please park on the west side of the street only. Please note that there is a pathway from Byron Street to Lakeshore Road for easy access to the school.
