DESCRIPTION:Dear Parents\, \n \nThe Third Year Casa children are invited to go on an outing to Bronte Creek Provincial Park\, located at 1219 Burloak Dr\, Oakville\, on Thursday\, June 4th\, 2026. \n \nThe children will be traveling with three Casa teachers by a chartered school bus to Bronte Creek in the morning ​right after arrivals.  The bus is expected to return to the school around 1:30 pm.  \n \nThe children should dress in full Clanmore uniform\, along with suitable clothing for the day’s weather.  The children will be attending Rain or Shine. We ask that the children arrive with their sunscreen – if needed\, already applied. \n \nFor the children who are not on the school’s hot lunch program\, parents must provide a nut-free\, disposable packed lunch on this day\, as well as a water bottle.  Please label your child’s lunch and water bottle. For children on the hot lunch program\, a disposable lunch will be provided. Please provide your child with a backpack to put this provided lunch into as well as a water bottle.  \n \nCharlene Roberts\, Dani Barr and Leila Sairally will accompany the children on this outing\, while the other Casa teachers stay at the school with the remaining Casa children. \n \nThe cost of this trip is covered by Clanmore. \n \nWe are looking forward to a fun day!  \n \nSincerely\,  \n \nThe Casa Team

DESCRIPTION:TODDLER WALK & PICNIC MORNING \n \nDear Toddler Families: \nOn Friday June ​5th\, we would like to invite you to join your toddler on an adventure walk in the forest followed by a picnic snack together. We will have a regular working morning; however we will meet you outside in the toddler yard at 10:30 am to begin the fun. \n We recognize that it is a busy time of year for everyone and in the event you are not able to make it please consider sending a grandparent\, aunt\, uncle or nanny to come along and join us. \n We will end our walk and gather for a picnic at the rolling hill (across from the school) at around 11:00 am. It would be wonderful if you could please bring a blanket and a Peanut & Nut Free litter less snack that can be shared with all our friends! \nWe will also enjoy our final music session with Miss Cosi\, so come ready to celebrate the end of the year with singing and dancing!  \nPlease do not park in the school parking lot\, as this may cause difficulty for you at dismissal time. It is best if you park at the Sports Field parking lot.
