DESCRIPTION:Dear Clanmore Families\,  \nWe are having a fundraiser to support Right to Play. Right to Play is an organization focused on helping underprivileged children play sports. There are many children who are not able to have the same opportunities to play sports as others. We would like to raise money to help them. On June 8\, we will be holding a fundraiser for elementary and middle school students. 2$ gets you dress-down while 5$ gets you participation in a talent show. Please ensure your child brings cash or a debit card if they plan to buy lunch.Snack: The Parent Association has generously gifted our class a special treat from the HEAL Wellness. Each student has chosen one item.Transportation: We will be taking public transit downtown. DESCRIPTION:Dear Clanmore Families\, \nWe are absolutely thrilled to once again invite you to the Clanmore Family Picnic that will take place in the Southeast Sports Field located directly behind the school. \nThis family event invites you all to gather and celebrate the end of this amazing school year. \nPlease pack a picnic lunch\, your sunscreen\, and a blanket\, and come along to enjoy the many fun fair activities coordinated by the Clanmore Staff. \nPlease do not park outside of the designated parking spots in the adjacent lot.  We will provide you with alternative parking when the lot is full \nA few Safety Reminders: \n\n\nWe ask that you please self-monitor. If you or your family feel unwell\, please stay home. \n\n\n \n\nAs it is tick season\, we encourage you to check your children and yourself after the event. \n\n\n\nAs this is a family event and the park is not fenced\, we ask that you please keep your eyes on your children\, especially the little ones. \n\n\n\n\nClanmore School will be open and available for washroom use. \n\n\n\n\nParking will be available at the “southeast” parking lot\, with the entrance just past the school parking lot on Armiger Lane. It will be a busy place\, so please use caution when driving and walking through.  There is a bushy area near the entrance to the park.  If you walk around it\, you can avoid a great deal of the parking lot en route between the school and the field. We encourage any families living nearby to walk or bike to the event. \n\n\n\n\nIf you park your car on any side street\, please park only on the east side \n\n\nAs is tradition\, there will be snow cones and popcorn this year.  These items will only be available at the school at the east porch near the Toddler playground\, so be sure to grab a treat on your way in or out of the picnic! \n\n\nIn the event of rain\, the picnic will be canceled.  We will contact families via email.  Unfortunately\, there is no rain date.
