LEE- Forest School (OPCC in woods)

Dear Lower Elementary Families,

We’re thrilled to share that your child’s class will be participating in a Forest and Nature School session next week, made possible through the support of our Parent Association.

This program is offered by OPPC (Oakville Parent-Child Centre), a local organization focused on early childhood development. Sessions will be led by Kalli MacKeen, a teacher and certified Forest and Nature School Practitioner.

• LEW: Tuesday, October 14, 9:30–11:00 a.m.

• LEE: Wednesday, October 15, 9:30–11:00 a.m.

Students will explore, create, and connect with nature – rain or shine! Please send them dressed for outdoor play, with:

• A change of clothes (including socks)

• Rain boots or walking shoes

• A waterproof layer and hat as needed

• A bag for muddy items
