Advanced payment plan – Balance of fees after deposit, due with application – one cheque dated August 1, 2024
Installment payment plan* – Balance of fees after deposit. Completed Pre-Authorized Debit Form required. Account debited on the 15th from August 2024 – May 2025 – 5% handling fee included.
Please note that all tuition is non-refundable, regardless of absence, transfer or withdrawal.
Due with application:
- Completed application package (or edited and re-dated Student enrollment form on Hubbli)
- Deposit cheque (non-refundable): Half day programs – $1,500 School day/Extended day – $3,000
- $300 Book & Activity fee (Elementary students) Cheque dated August 1, 2024
- $3,000 Trip & Lunch fee (Middle school students) Cheque dated August 1, 2024
- Optional $2,250 Catered lunch program – Toddler – Upper elementary, offered Tuesday through Friday (mandatory for children born after December 31, 2020) Cheque dated August 1, 2024. Above fees (# 3, 4, 5) may be bundled in one cheque. For new families, these fees are due after acceptance.
Additional Fees: Co-curricular Programming is not included in Extended Day fees. Cost varies, depending upon the programs offered.
