Scientists in School Workshop (Uppers Y’s 4/5)

Dear Upper Elementary Families,
The Year 4 and 5 students will be having an in-school science workshop on Tuesday, June 2 from 9:30 am to 11 am. A presenter from Scientist in School will be at Clanmore to present “Sound as Science”. The children will discover the properties of sound: pitch and volume. Design and build ear protectors, while experimenting with materials that absorb or reflect sound and create a unique musical instrument.
