We also invite you to attend our annual Fall Open House, held each October from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event date is confirmed closer to the time. During the Open House, classrooms are open for viewing, staff are available to answer questions, and families are welcome to drop in at their convenience. Children are encouraged to attend.

While each family’s admissions journey is unique, the general process for each program is outlined below.

Intake process

TODDLER (18 months-3 years)

Step 2: Tour & Application Package 

Attend an in-person tour and receive an application package

Application Review & Deposits 

Non-refundable deposits are processed only upon an offer of admission. Tuition and deposit are non-refundable thereafter. The intake team reviews completed application packages once the deposit is received. Once accepted, a formal acceptance letter is sent home.

CASA (3-6 years)

Attend an in-person tour and receive an application package.

Child Visit

Prospective students may participate through an Open House or a scheduled visit tailored to their needs.

Application Review & Deposits

ELEMENTARY – Lower Elementary (6-9 years) and Upper Elementary (9-12 years)

Student Visit

Students may attend for a half-day or full-day, participating in a typical classroom experience while teachers observe and engage with them.

Application Review & Deposits 

Application submissions include parent and student applications, sample work, and previous report cards, as well as any professional assessment reports. Non‑refundable deposits are processed only upon an offer of admission, and tuition is non‑refundable thereafter. The intake team meets weekly and reviews completed application packages once the deposit has been received.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Parents are invited to join the Middle School community for lunch and a discussion with the Head of School.

Student Visit
