P.A Garden Party

Dear Clanmore Families,

We are so excited about the Clanmore Parent Association Garden Party being held this afternoon from 3:45-5:00pm. 

The end of the day routine will be a little different and we ask you to note:

All dismissal will take place from indoors (like we would on a rainy day – same as your child’s arrival door).  If you are joining us at the Garden Party, we ask that you find parking (see details below) and walk to the door where your child/children will be dismissed into your hands.  You can then proceed to the Clanmore yard for some anticipated fun! Please note that you will be responsible for your child once they are with you in the yard.

If you are not attending the Garden Party, we ask that you proceed through the pick up line as per usual and your child/children will be brought to your car.  We do ask that you use extra caution in the parking lot as there will be more bodies moving through than usual.

All children in After School care will remain indoors today.  Please come to reception to collect your child.

PARKING

Space is limited and if you are close enough to walk or bike we definitely recommend it.  We have attached a map to show areas where you can safely park. If parking on Birkbank please park on the west side of the street only. Please note that there is a pathway from Byron Street to Lakeshore Road for easy access to the school. Please do not park outside of the designated white lines in the parking lot behind the school, nor anywhere on the grass.
