PA- Winter Wonderland Event

Dear Clanmore Families,

Our Parent Association is excited to welcome you to our annual Winter Wonderland event tomorrow, Wednesday, November 26th from dismissal to 5pm. 

The end-of-day routine will look a little different, so please take note of the following:

DISMISSAL

All students will be dismissed from indoors, as we would on a rainy day. Please use your child’s usual arrival/dismissal door.

If you are joining us at Winter Wonderland:

• Please find parking (details below) and walk to your child’s designated door.
• Your child will be dismissed directly into your care, after which you may head to the Clanmore yard for the festivities.
• Please note that once you have your child, supervision becomes your responsibility while in the yard.

If you are not attending Winter Wonderland:

• Please proceed through the regular car pick-up line.
• Staff will bring your child to your vehicle as usual.
• We kindly ask for extra caution in the parking lot, as there will be more foot traffic than on a typical day. As well as a food truck! 

After School Care:

• Children in After School programs will remain indoors.
• Please pick up from reception.

PARKING

Parking is limited. If you are within walking distance, we strongly encourage walking. A map of safe parking areas is attached.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. There is a pedestrian pathway from Byron Street to Lakeshore Road for easy access.
2. The lot behind the school is closed for the season. 
3. On Birkbank Drive, parking is permitted on the west side only.

RSVP

Yesterday was the RSVP deadline, to ensure the food truck is fully stocked.

WREATHS
If you ordered a wreath or an arrangement, they will be waiting for you at the fence. Grab yours on the way out!
