UEE & UEW Crawford Lake Outing

The Upper Elementary classes are going to Crawford Lake on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 for a full-day program. The bus will depart the school at 9 am and return by 2:30 pm. During the program, the students will visit a reconstructed Longhouse and develop an understanding of the Longhouse culture. They will be engaged in hands-on activities including crafts and games as well as participating in a guided hike around the lake to explore our relationship with the environment.
For this outing, the students need to be dressed in their full school uniform, wear outerwear appropriate for the weather, and footwear that is comfortable for walking. The students will need a water bottle as well as a packed lunch. All students on the lunch program at school will receive a bagged lunch. No further parent volunteers are needed at this time.
