Upper Elem. (Yr. 4/5) Science Workshop

Dear Upper Elementary Families,
The Year 4 and 5 students will be having an in-school science workshop on Monday, June 2 from 9:30 am to 11 am. A presenter from Scientist in School will be at Clanmore to present "Save Your Energy". The children will discover how energy can be transferred or transformed. Investigate how to launch a ping pong ball into space and use the energy in your body to power wind-up toys. Explore how changing light bulbs and adding insulation can save energy. And learn how to play a tune using solar panels.
