Advanced payment plan – Balance of fees after deposit, due with application – one cheque dated August 1, 2026
Installment payment plan – Balance of fees after deposit. Completed Pre-Authorized Debit Form required. Account debited on the 15th from August 2026 – May 2027 – 5% handling fee included.
Please note that all tuition is non-refundable, regardless of absence, transfer or withdrawal.
Please submit the following Forms and Fees:
- Completed application package (or edited and re-dated Student enrollment form on Hubbli for returning students)
- Deposit cheque (non-refundable): Half day programs – $1,500 School day/Extended day – $3,000
- Mandatory Catered Lunch Program for children born after December 31, 2022 – Offered Tuesday through Friday $2,500 Cheque dated August 1, 2026.
NB-Optional Catered Lunch Program registration will open in February. - Book & Activity fee (Elementary students) $350 Cheque dated August 1, 2026
- Trip & Lunch fee (Middle school students) $3,500 Cheque dated August 1, 2026
Any fees paid by cheque dated August 1 may be bundled in one cheque.
