PSAA Cross Country

Dear Upper Elementary and Middle School Parents, 

The annual PSAA (Private School Athletics Association) Cross Country Meet will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025  at Centennial Park in Etobicoke. 

The students and teachers will be travelling by bus. The bus is scheduled to depart Clanmore at 9:15 am sharp. We, unfortunately, will not be able to wait for late arrivals. 

The students and teachers will arrive back at Clanmore at approximately 2:30 pm; Regular pick up time and places will apply. 

All year 8 students have to make their own arrangements to return from Centennial Stadium to Clanmore due to their race schedule.

As representatives of Clanmore, all students attending this outing must wear a full Clanmore gym uniform and running shoes for the entire event. This includes the navy shorts, white Clanmore crested t-shirt, and Clanmore track pants and hoodie. The students will also be provided with a Kodiak jersey on the day of the event.

Students should also be prepared to bring outerwear appropriate for the day’s weather; a warm jacket, a hat, sunscreen or rain gear might be needed, as we attend the Cross Country Meet rain or shine. 

Clanmore has a canopy tent to provide some shelter.

Students in Upper Elementary on the catered lunch program will receive a catered packed lunch. All other students in Upper Elementary must bring a packed lunch from home. ALL Middle School students MUST bring their own packed lunch from home. All students are encouraged to bring extra snacks and extra water. 

Parents and families are welcome as spectators and cheering squad during the competitions at Centennial Park. Attached you can find a map that outlines parking and access to the race area.

The race schedule is posted below. Please keep in mind that the times are approximate and can change slightly due to weather or race conditions.
